While I often find that the officiant is the last vendor hired, I still want to highly recommend some of the fellow wedding professionals I get to work alongside at weddings to create the perfect team to make your wedding day dreams come true.
Venues
The Ballroom at Park Lane
I joke with Nicole, the Event and Marketing Manager, that she always has a Swiffer in her hand while she’s at work. Is she the cleaning person? Of course not — but her attention to detail and hard work ethic is hard to ignore. After working countless weddings with her, I can truly say she goes above and beyond for the couples she works with. This venue offers so many beautiful nooks and crannies for photos and the courtyard outside offers additional photo ops and it’s in great proximity to the art museum as well.
The Madison
Have you met the Licursi boys? Daryl and Anthony work tirelessly for the events they execute at The Madison. It’s a massive space if you’ve got a large gathering, but don’t miss out on their smaller spaces like The Grove at The Madison if you need a more intimate vibe! This venue is a beautiful blank slate so you can make it your own! They also have a beautiful patio for the perfect cocktail hour!

Scott Shaw Photography
Scott has such a great artistic eye. And did you know he’s a Pulitzer Prize winning photographer?! I’ve done a number of ceremonies with Scott — including a very epic surprise wedding. He is a professional and has a beautiful editing style that I highly recommend.
Rising Ashes Designs
Christina and Matthew provide photography and videography. They also have a studio space in Cleveland. This duo has done numerous elopements with me and have personally captured photos of my kids, including our son Gabriel’s adoption days!
Equilibrium Photos
Emma is a delight to work with. If you’re looking for a dark and moody editing style, please be sure to chat with her! I’ve done many weddings with Emma and she is professional and has a great eye for detail.
B. Frohman Imaging and Design
Bobbi has a beautiful, timeless editing style. She is very experienced and has a very speedy turnaround time for photos. She has a gorgeous studio space in Chagrin Falls. She also loves shooting boudoir photos as well. Ask her about the incredible shot she got during our Solar Eclipse elopement! Fun fact: Bobbi photographed my son, Dominic’s adoption, in 2021! It was via Zoom and I ugly cried — and she captured every beautiful moment of those tears.

Amour Floral and Decor
Cherie has a passion for weddings and works tirelessly for her couples. She is creative and does beautiful work. Fun fact: I officiated Cherie’s wedding in 2023!
Fleur Wedding Bouquets
If you’re looking for sola wood flowers, Linda is your gal! I don’t know anyone else in the area who works with sola wood and her creations are always beautiful!
Transportation
Company Car & Limousine
I’ve personally used Company Car & Limousine at least a dozen times. They are always our go-to for airport transportation. Fun story: My husband and I were leaving for vacation and in our rush to get out of the house, he left his carry on in our kitchen. After we checked our bags he realized this and I reached out to our driver. He drove over to our house, used our garage code to get inside, retrieved the bag and delivered it back to the airport. He absolutely saved the day — and our trip! Company Car & Limousine also provided limos for both of our son’s adoption days! The service has always been great!

Diane is fantastic to work with! Aside from my couples, she has done countless invitations for my family for various parties. She provided signage for my son’s adoption parties and pamphlets for my business. Her pricing is great and her turnaround time is excellent as well!

Krista is my girl! After seeing her reply, “I did her hair!” when I would post photos of my wedding couples I just had to see what she was all about. That was many years ago and she’s been chopping and highlighting my hair since then! Highly recommended!
DJ's
C-Town Entertainment
I love these guys! They’re the only DJ company that I know that provides a back-up mic at the ceremony site tucked away should the headset they give the officiant go bad. And trust me — this has happened (not with them, but with another company that wasn’t as prepared as they are!). They’re fun, while not being over the top or cheesy, and they are always professional and polished in their demeanor. Fun fact: I officiated the wedding of Bob, one of their DJs, in 2018! One of these days I’m pretty sure I’ll marry Shaughn, too…even though he says it’ll be in my driveway.
Burning River Entertainment Group
Everyone loves Gene! He is very experienced and has been DJing for many years. He comes highly recommended!
Planners and Coordinators
Venti Eventing & Event Planning
I adore Aerie. She is a hard-working coordinator that doesn’t hesitate to jump in and do whatever is needed to make sure the day is executed to perfection. She is very budget-friendly as well! One example I love to share about Aerie is from a fall 2023 wedding. The couple was crushed that they had to move their wedding indoors due to rain. They hated the idea of reception-style seating for the ceremony because it truly takes away from the ceremony feel. She wasn’t contracted to be at the rehearsal but she came anyway when I explained the situation to get a feel for the venue and to see what could be done. They set the chairs up ceremony-style and during cocktail hour executed a full room flip to make it more along the lines of what the couple has hoped for on their wedding day. Fun fact: I married her and her husband, Stephen, in 2019!

Meredith is one of the most well-respected planners in the local wedding industry. She consistently provides top-notch services to her couples and all wedding professionals speak highly of her and respect the knowledge that she provides to couples.
Videographers
P47 Productions
Jared has done a number of weddings with me over the years and he’s always a joy to work with. Along with B. Frohman Imaging & Design, he caught me ugly-crying on film and I didn’t mind one bit! He’s able to beautifully tell a couple’s wedding day story via video and his services are an incredible value given his many years of experience!
